We have been shipping Rogaine, which is called Rogain in many countries, since 1999. During that time we have noticed a pattern. Some shipments arrive quickly and easily, others take time, some countries turned shipments away altogether. Here are some notes on what we learned.
The list of countries we ship to is in our checkout. There are over 70 of them. They make up most of the countries that the USA has successful trade relationships with. We have shipped to all of these countries, some of them many times. If a country does not reliably deliver the Minoxidil we send, it is removed from our list. So, if you find your country on the list, we can be sure we will ship your order to you. Here are some tips for you.
Tip #1 - Do not order more than 1 year supply of Minoxidil and Rogaine. If you do, your package might be considered commercial use and it may be taxed heavily or turned-back and send backward to the USA. One or two boxes of Rogaine is the correct amount. If you need more, please order multiple times in separate packages.
Tip #2 - You are going to have to be patient. These items are traveling very far. Somtimes as much as 10,000 Km. They are passing through two international borders (ours and yours) and then they are being delivered to your address. This process takes a long time and can be delayed. Please be patient, especially if your country has an inefficient postal system.
Tip #3 - Keep the tracking number you will receive in the mail. When we ship your parcel, our computers generate a tracking number and we email it to you. Keep that email, you might need it if your package is inspected by customs officials and is delayed.
Tip #4 - Reorder your minoxidil with enough time. Try to remember how long your shipment took to arrive and reorder your next shipment with at least that much time. This will prevent anxiety.
Tip #5 - If you know for a fact that your country won't allow you to import Rogaine or Minoxidil for personal use, the please don't order. It will just frustrate everyone involved.
A final note about our International Shipping Process. Our company will happily refund or resend your shipment if it does not arrive within 60 days. 60 days may seem like a long time, but our experience is that some packages are inspected by customs and take that long. So please be patient.
